Thunderbird 64bit on Windoze

I've been waiting for this for about 1 year (or more).
Impressions, hopefully better than earlybird.

i3 M versus i5 M

This is very old news. You don't belong here. Go away.

"The price difference may not reflect in the performance."
This all the good things you can get from the morons on the Internet around this time about the above topic:

To put it fair and square, here is the comparison from the manufacturer site between:

Intel® Core™ i5-450M - Arrandale
Intel® Core™ i5-2540M - SandyBridge
Intel® Core™ i3-370M   - Arrandale
Intel® Core™ i3-2310M - SandyBridge

The difference between the laptops using them can amount to 500 Euros, depending on the features of the laptop: RAM, storage(this is a form of memory too), screen size, discrete GPU, etc but the processor characteristics remain largely the same from the laptop user view.

Spreading good work

The history of Romanian and computer OS-es starts a long time ago (approx 1987 [1])  and it is very twisted one.
Finally, it got some love from the major software manufacturers, but a good explanation of the level of support from latest OS-es was never available to regular Joe.

Mr Cristian Adam took some time and did a good work showing to the mere mortals the intricacies of displaying correctly or not, the Romanian fonts in Windows 7.

Windows 7 and the Romanian language
